Important Forms for Incoming 6th Graders
The following material is time sensitive. The elective form will open up on February 9th at 8:00am and will close on February 23rd at 4:00pm. It is available for students who live within AVMS boundaries and therefore will enroll at AVMS for the next school year. If you are applying for School of Choice, please fill out the elective registration forms for your home school. Once School of Choice is accepted, all courses will transfer over to AVMS.
At this point in time we do not have any information regarding Accelerated English/Social Science or Math Placement.
