Independent Study Contracts
Parents or legal guardians of students who will be away from school for reasons other than illness can request a short-term independent study agreement (not to exceed 15 days for the school year). Requests for independent study should be made at least 5 school days prior to the first day of the independent study agreement. Please complete the following form to start this process: Independent Study Agreement Request. Short-term independent study helps students to keep up with schoolwork, however, there is no substitute for teacher instruction and class interaction. Please schedule planned absences appropriately.
